Job Summary

Provides direct primary care health services to LCDF patients within the scope of laws and regulations. This position is a school based position for Gadsden High School.

Job Requirements

• Licensed by the NM Board of Nursing to practice, or eligible for licensure.
• Board Certification in a primary care specialty.

• Must have a current NM Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
• Graduate from Nurse Practitioner program.
• Additional training in Primary Care preferred but not required e.g. diabetes education, women's health.
