Job description

We are seeking an experiencedCertified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our well-established OB/GYN practice in New Jersey. Our team of physicians and midwives works collaboratively to provide high-quality, respectful, and culturally appropriate care.

Job Responsibilities

As a valued member of our inter-professional team, the CNM will provide full-scope midwifery care in collaboration with our physicians, including:

  • Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care
  • Well-woman gynecologic care
  • Family planning and contraceptive counseling
  • Patient education and advocacy
  • Labor and delivery support at Monmouth Medical Center (Long Branch, NJ)
  • Office-based care at our locations in Colts Neck, Little Silver, and Lakewood
Qualifications
  • Current New Jersey CNM license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-scope midwifery practice in a collaborative MD/MW environment preferred
  • Strong clinical skills with an evidence-based approach to care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for patient-centered, holistic care and shared decision-making
