What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support during the implant of the remed? System
- Train hospital staff during the opening of new implanting centers
- Support therapy activation and titration of the remed? System
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to assist with all aspects of the sales process
- Provide remote technical support during scheduled on-call duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field required
- Minimum of 2 years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably in Cardiac Rhythm Management
- Extensive implant support experience required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%
