Job summary

Advanced Women's Care in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our collaborative team. This full-time role offers full-scope midwifery practice from prenatal through postpartum and well-woman services.

You will work with OB/GYN physicians and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive care. The position reports to the AWC Medical Director and includes a supportive team, professional growth, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program.
• Active or eligible state licensure.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
• Perform patient assessments, exams, and routine screenings.
• Manage low- to moderate-risk obstetric patients.
• Educate and counsel patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives.

Advanced Women's Care is a physician-owned, multispecialty women's health practice committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our collaborative team in Goodyear, AZ and provide comprehensive care across the women's health continuum.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to practice full-scope midwifery in a supportive, team-based environment. You will work alongside OB/GYN physicians and clinical staff to deliver care from prenatal through postpartum and well-woman services.

Key Responsibilities
