Job summary

Heritage Park Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a Generations Healthcare facility, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant in Upland, CA. The full-time, night shift 11pm-7am position offers $18-$22 per hour DOE and a chance to provide quality daily nursing care to residents under supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, taking vitals, meals, and mobility, maintaining safety, updating records, and following the care plan.

Qualifications

• CA CNA license valid in California.
• Behavioral Health Experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and the desire to be part of a dynamic team.
• Worked in prior SNF setting.

• Provide excellent patient care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, bath functions, taking vitals, meals, bed change, etc.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure safety of residents.
• Lifting or transporting into and out of beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
• Report and update records on resident’s conditions.
• Follow instructions from the Charge Nurse/ Supervisor.

Job Description:

The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide quality patient care to your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your Supervisor.

Essential Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Provide excellent patient care to residents
• Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, bath functions, taking vitals, meals, bed change, etc.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure safety of residents
• Lifting or transporting into and out of beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
• Report and update records on resident’s conditions
• Follow instructions from the Charge Nurse/ Supervisor
