Hello, Pine Creek Rehab in Salt Lake City, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time CNA for Day Shift (6AM-6PM).

Job Description:
  • Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
  • Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
  • Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
  • Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
  • Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
  • Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Requirements:
  • Possess a current CNA certification in good standing
  • Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
  • Able to make decisions independently when warranted
  • Reliable, kind, hard-working
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
