Job summary

Ponderosa Villa in Crawford, Nebraska is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time daytime shifts. Join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community that values compassionate care, teamwork, and professional growth as you assist residents with daily living activities.

You will answer call lights, monitor comfort and dietary needs, document intake/output, and report changes to nursing staff. Current CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more
• Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs
• Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
