Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate CNAs for PRN home care opportunities across Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, and surrounding Fairfax County communities.

You choose your territory and build a schedule around your availability, with flexible PRN compensation and consistent client opportunities. Active Virginia CNA certification and CPR are required; home health experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely assist with personal care and mobility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Home Care or Home Health Experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Help maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Follow the established plan of care.
• Communicate concerns promptly to the appropriate team member.
