Qualifikationen

• Active Virginia CNA certification required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely assist with personal care and mobility.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Home care or home health experience preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Help maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Follow the established plan of care.
• Communicate concerns promptly to the appropriate team member.
