Available Full-Time Evening Openings:

• Monday - Friday
• 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Essential Functions of CNA:

• Respond to signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
• Assist residents with feeding and obtain food trays
• Assist with range of motion exercises
• Provide personal care and comfort
• Assist with movement to wheelchairs or activity areas
• Record vital signs and fluid intake/output as directed
• Provide direct and indirect resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Report changes in residents’ condition to nursing team
• Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must pass a state exam
• Valid CNA certification in Oklahoma
• Six months experience in long-term care preferred
• Maintain a valid email and phone number for communication
• Ability to react quickly in emergencies
• Effective communication skills
