Job summary

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for a Direct Hire program offering a Perfect Match across clinical units. CNAs will rotate through Critical Care, Intermediate, and Adult Acute Care to determine their best unit fit during 4–6 week rotations.

Full-time and part-time 12-hour day and night shifts are available. After rotations, direct placement into a chosen unit at Forsyth Medical Center is possible, with emphasis on patient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year CNA experience preferred.
• NAI program completion required.
• Listed on nurse aide registry as NA I or NA II.
• Medication Safety - AME required.
• NC curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as CNA across units during rotation.
• Assist in maintaining patient safety and quality care.
• Document care activities.

Eligible Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) can rotate for two weeks at a time through different units within your identified specialty area (Critical Care, Intermediate, and Adult Acute Care).

Throughout your Perfect Matchrotation(s), you will experience different clinical units, identify team dynamics and leadership style. Once you’ve identified your Perfect Match, you will be eligible for direct hire into a specific unit at Forsyth Medical Center. Come explore today!
