About the Role:

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at our Willowbrook facility, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our patients. Your primary focus will be to assist patients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. You will work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact the well-being and recovery of the individuals we serve.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification recognized by the state of Texas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of patient care and safety procedures.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the employer.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living facility.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Additional training or coursework in geriatric or rehabilitative care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
