Job summary

Park Manor The Woodlands is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join the care team in The Woodlands, TX. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor health status, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity.

Minimum qualifications include CNA certification and a high school diploma, plus basic patient care knowledge, background check, and strong communication. CPR/First Aid and EHR familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification recognized by the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and safety procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Communicate effectively with the nursing team about patient status and needs.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at our Park Manor of The Woodlands facility, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our patients. Your primary focus will be to assist patients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. You will work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification recognized by the state of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
