Job summary

Ariel Bay Rehabilitation & Care Center in Keansburg, New Jersey is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. The role involves supporting residents with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, and daily care in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Record and monitor vital signs, weights, and intake/output as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and requests for assistance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Assist with meal service and nutritional needs as appropriate.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
