Job summary

Ariel Bay Rehabilitation & Care Center in Keansburg, New Jersey is seeking dedicated, compassionate CNAs to join our team. Full time, part time, or per diem roles are available, with day, evening, and night shifts. Minimum 1 year of experience and current NJ CNA certification are required.

You will assist residents with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, and nourishment while maintaining dignity and safety. We offer competitive pay of $20–$25 hourly, shift differentials, health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding).
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Obtain and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist with meal service and nutritional needs as appropriate.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
