Complete Care in Macungie, PA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a compassionate, professional environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health status, and collaborate with a care team to follow individualized plans, while maintaining accurate records and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with mobility issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist with feeding, including tube feedings and mealtime care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.

About the Role: CNA

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide person-centered care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
