• Schedule - Shift - Hours Full Time - Days

The skilled nursing facilityis an82-bed facility located in Ash Grove, MO that includes a memory care unit for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

A typical day will include:The opportunity to develop a relationship with our residents and supportive healthcare team. The certified nurse assistant (CNA) is an integral part of the healthcare team who is responsible for providing excellent care to the residents in the facility in accordance with federal and state regulations.The CNA is responsible for ensuring safe nursing care is provided, all resident needs are met and reports concerns to the charge nurse for follow-up. Certified NurseAssistantsbathe, dressand assistresidents with all hygiene and toileting needs, assistwith resident transfers, answercall lights in a timely manner, makerounds on assigned residents and accommodateneeds.The Certified Nurse Assistantassists in the development and implementation of the resident Plan of Care.
