Job summary

Aliya Healthcare seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and essential care. You will work alongside a clinical team to maintain comfort, dignity, and safety in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, meals, mobility, vital signs, and timely reporting of changes in condition. A valid CNA license and CPR certification are required, with 18+ age and good English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold state-approved CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, provide water between meals.
• Support resident mobility including ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
• Ensure resident comfort and respond to call lights promptly.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations.
• Uphold resident privacy and dignity per HIPAA and facility rules.
• Comply with all regulations and guidelines; pursue CNA certification maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines
• Stay current through educational opportunities and maintaining CNA certification

Skills and Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state law
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Long term care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with physical mobility needs
