Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in daily living activities within a caring environment.

As a CNA at Aliya Healthcare, you will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, vital signs, and charting while upholding HIPAA privacy and resident dignity. Current CNA certification and CPR are required; must be 18 or older; long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification valid per state law.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide nourishment between meals.
• Support mobility (ambulating, turning, positioning).
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake and output.
• Respond to call lights promptly and ensure resident comfort.
• Report changes to the nursing supervisor and maintain documentation.
• Uphold privacy and dignity according to HIPAA and facility standards.
• Comply with regulations and maintain CNA certification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide water and nourishment between meals
• Support residents with mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output
• Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requests
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations
• Uphold resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards
• Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines
• Stay current through educational opportunities and maintaining CNA certification
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state law
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Long term care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with physical mobility needs
