The ideal candidate holds a CNA certification, CPR, and a valid state driver's license, is at least 21, and has a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide Certification required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Chauffer/driver's license and valid state license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe transportation services for assigned communities.
• Assists residents to enter and exit vehicle safely.
• Safely secures residents' wheelchairs to restraints during trips.
• Keeps vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Reports resident medical issues during transit.
• Maintains records of vehicle inspections and trip logs.
• Attends annual defensive driving trainings.
