How you'll contribute

A Certified Nurse Aide who excels in this role:

  • Demonstrate support and adherence to the ORHC Mission and Core Values.
  • Be knowledgeable and compliant with hospital policies to include but not limited to the Employee Handbook and policies in Policy Stat.

  • Demonstrate integrity, adhere to the company compliance program, and report questionable practices through an appropriate avenue such as the ethics and compliance officer or compliance hotline.

What we're looking for

Applicants are required to hold a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certification. Additional requirements include:

  • Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. 75+ Hour CNA Certification (must show proof of cert upon hire) required
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required
