Join our team on a 27-bed Medical-Surgical unit where compassionate, patient-centered care is at the heart of everything we do. As part of a collaborative team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), you will care for a diverse patient population while building strong clinical skills in a supportive environment. With a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio and 1:12 CNA-to-patient ratio, you will play a vital role in comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, treatment administration, and promoting patient comfort and safety. Our unit fosters teamwork, open communication, and professional growth, empowering you to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes every day.
A Med/Surg CNA who excels in this role:
Applicants should have a current listing as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with the state of North Carolina Division of Facility Services and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Additional requirements include:
