Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ardmore, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, vital signs, meals, mobility, and documenting care plans while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed
• Support patients with mobility issues, such as walking, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including disposing of trash, restocking supplies, and reporting any hazards
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:
