Job summary

Loyalhanna Care Center in Latrobe, PA is hiring compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care team. You will provide hands-on daily living support and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents.

As a CNA, you will work closely with nurses and care staff to support residents’ physical and emotional needs, with opportunities to build meaningful relationships in a stable setting. Sign-on bonus and benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in PA is preferred or required.
• Long-term care experience is a plus but not required for right candidate.
• Compassionate, reliable and resident-focused with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Provide care with dignity, patience and respect.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support residents’ comfort, safety and well-being.
• Maintain clear communication with nurses and team members.
• Follow facility policies, care plans and infection control practices.
