Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team and provide daily support to residents with compassion and professionalism.

You will document vitals, assist with hygiene and mobility, maintain a safe environment, and engage residents in activities while upholding safety policies and patient rights.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals and patient information.
• Demonstrates compassionate communication and patience with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, pericare and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Assist with mobility using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output and meal consumption accurately.
• Support positioning and ROM exercises for comfort and safety.
• Engage residents with activities and gentle orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
