Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Texas. You will provide compassionate basic care to residents, support daily living activities, and collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality service. A strong attendance record and cooperative attitude are essential.

You will document vitals, assist with mobility, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while following policy guidelines and patient rights.

Qualifications

• We require Texas CNA certification and reliable patient care skills.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform basic procedures.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience are essential.
• Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals is required.
• Adherence to safety policies and patient rights is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
