Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing), observe residents, and report conditions needing attention.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers using appropriate devices and techniques.
• Record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake/output, food intake, and other relevant information.
• Turn and position patients routinely.
• Perform range of motion exercises and reality orientation as directed.

Requirements

• State-certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
