Qualifications
Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, following safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
  • Identify, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
