Join Touchstone Communities as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and be part of our compassionate care team. We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Position Details

• Location: Stone Oak Care Center, 505 Madison Oak Dr., San Antonio, TX 78258
• Shifts and Bonuses:
  • 6 AM – 2 PM: Earn a $3,000 bonus
  • 2 PM – 10 PM: $2 shift differential
  • 10 PM – 6 AM: $0.50 shift differential

Qualifications

• Valid TX CNA certification or proof of completion of a state-approved NATCEP class (awaiting testing is acceptable).
• Compassionate caregiver dedicated to person-centered care.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
