You will accurately document vitals, intake/output, and meals, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Strong attendance and patient‑centered care are essential for success in this full‑time position.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Excellent communication, patience, and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, peri-care, dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high‑quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
