Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Denton, TX. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents, working closely with the care team to ensure high‑quality service and adherence to care policies.

You will document vitals and intake/output, assist with mobility and positioning, and support residents with activities and engagement. A Texas CNA certification and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas CNA certification and be in good standing.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Strong communication, patience, and self-discipline for compassionate resident care.
• Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Adherence to the Patient Bill of Rights and employee responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Support mobility with safe ambulation and transfers using assistive devices.
• Record vital information and monitor meal intake and weights.
• Assist with positioning for comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high‑quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
