Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Lake Worth, TX. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents and work closely with the care team to maintain high-quality service.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, maintaining environments, and recording vitals while ensuring safety and dignity for all residents. A Texas CNA certification is required, and punctuality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Capable of accurately recording information and performing technical procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, catheters, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high‑quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
