Lifepoint Health through Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital - Gilbert is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide compassionate patient support and assist with daily activities during recovery.

Applicants must hold an Arizona CNA or LNA license, complete a nursing assistant training course, and obtain BLS within 30 days of hire. Prior acute/long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Current Arizona state CNA or LNA license.
• Completion of a nursing assistant training course.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum six months of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic patient care tasks including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Provide general nursing support such as positioning, lifting, turning, and using special equipment.
• Assist with toileting needs using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation to the bathroom.
• Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake/output measurements accurately and document in a timely manner.
• Prepare patient rooms for admission and transfer, ensuring cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment with attention to ventilation and lighting.
• Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, including handling of patient belongings.
• Answer patient call lights, phones, and pages, responding promptly and appropriately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
