Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Texas is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care for residents on the 5pm-5am shift. A $1500 sign-on bonus is available for qualifying candidates.

You will work with the care team to support daily living activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Requirements include Texas CNA certification, strong attendance and communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to elderly and disabled residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to document vitals, weights, intake/output accurately.
• Strong bedside manner with elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, and dressing per policy
• Maintain resident environment and stock supplies
• Support mobility with safe transfers and devices
• Record vitals and meal intake accurately
• Assist with positioning and ROM exercises
• Encourage engagement and provide orientation as directed

Shift : 5pm-5am

We seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. Youll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

• In this role, you will:
• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
