Creative Solutions In HealthCare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas to deliver compassionate daily care to residents and support the care team. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates; applicants must hold a Texas Nursing Assistant certification and comply with safety

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from Texas is required.
• Ability to record vitals, weights, intake/output accurately.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers using proper techniques.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
