Job summary

Ridgmar Medical Lodge in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for FT shifts from 2p to 10p. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and help ensure safety and comfort in a compassionate care setting.

The role requires current Nurse Aide certification and good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry, plus ability to follow written and spoken instructions in English. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• English language proficiency for verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• High school diploma or GED is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being at all times.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, hair care and dressing for residents.
• Follow the resident assignment schedule as directed by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as needed.
• Respond to call lights promptly and provide feeding assistance when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and continence care and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
