Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to support residents in a Texas facility. The role covers day and night shifts (6a–6p and 6p–6a) with every other weekend off, focusing on ADLs, safety, and compassionate care.

Requirements include a valid Texas Nurse Aide certification, high school diploma or GED, and ability to follow instructions in English. Excellent communication helps ensure resident dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort during care.
• Follow care plan and resident assignment schedule.
• Respond to call lights promptly and assist with mobility, grooming, and toileting.
