Job summary

Hillside Medical Lodge in Gatesville, TX is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding, while preserving dignity.

You will work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to maintain a safe, clean environment, document observations, and participate in care planning to enhance resident comfort and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and encourage independence when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow infection‑control procedures; assist with transfers and fall‑prevention practices.
• Accurately chart care provided and resident observations in accordance with facility policies.
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high‑quality resident care.
