Pay Range: $14 to $16 per hour

For our CNAs, every day is different. You will provide basic patient care in the patient’s home, playing a key role in keeping nurses updated on vital information about patient conditions. You will be responsible for delivering quality healthcare in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the safety of care delivery in the home environment, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
• Provide care according to the care plan and RN delegation
• Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate with RN supervisor
• Assist with personal care, meals, mobility, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Follow safety, infection control, and universal precautions, using protective equipment
• Attend and complete all required trainings and in-services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
