Pay Range: $14 to $16 per hour

For our CNAs, every day is different. You will provide basic patient care in the patient’s home, maintaining daily contact and playing a key role in updating nurses on patient conditions. Your responsibilities include providing quality healthcare in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the safety of care delivery in the home environment, complying with laws, regulations, and policies
  • Provide care according to the care plan and RN delegation
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate with RN supervisor
  • Provide personal care, assistance with meals, mobility, light housekeeping, and companionship
  • Practice safety, infection control, and use protective equipment
  • Attend all required training and in-services
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Current CPR certification per American Heart Association standards
  • Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
  • Successful completion of relevant skills assessment
