Job summary

Cox Healthcare in Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in daily living activities and to provide compassionate, person-centered care. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team, promote independence, and help create a safe, dignified environment for aging adults.

Shifts include 7-7 days and nights, with opportunities to grow in a supportive, team-oriented workplace that values reliability, empathy, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Support residents in participating in activities and social programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards for residents and staff.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
