Job summary

Cox Healthcare in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a compassionate CNA to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, and social engagement.

You will document care, uphold infection control, assist with meals, monitor changes, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote dignity and comfort for older adults.

Shifts include 7-7 day and night coverage; Sun, Mon, Tue and every other Wednesday; Thu, Fri, Sat and every other Wednesday.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Passion for caring for older adults with complex health needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Support residents in participating in activities and social programs to promote engagement and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.
• Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering trust and comfort.
