Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant in Broken Arrow, OK. You will provide hands-on daily living assistance, monitor residents’ well-being, assist with meals, and support participation in activities within a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift and move residents are essential as you help maintain dignity and quality of life for our residents in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Passion for caring for older adults and individuals with complex health needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliability, compassion and patience in all interactions.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily living assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional needs.
• Support residents in activities and social programs to promote engagement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided per facility policies.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.
• Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering trust and comfort.
