AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Certified Non-CDL Dockworker to load/unload freight, plan efficient loading, inspect equipment, fuel vehicles, and maintain a clean dock.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, drug screen, and clean background, with forklift certification for safe operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Satisfactory background check; ability to be certified as forklift operator.
• Familiarity with procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Follow company policies and all relevant regulations for a safe work environment.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English well.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and move freight across the terminal dock, with or without mechanical handling equipment.
• Load freight to and from dock/trailers per Bills of Lading and delivery receipts.
• Plan loading to maximize space and minimize damage risk.
• Hook and unhook trailers; raise/lower landing gear.
• Inspect equipment for defects and safe condition per laws and AAA Cooper.
• Fuel trucks, tractors, and other equipment.
• Keep dock, trailers, yard, and work areas clean.
