Job summary

The NDT/NDE Technician performs testing at client sites, adheres to codes, and ensures data accuracy and safety.

Candidates hold multiple Level II NDT certifications and state-of-the-art reporting tools. This role requires travel, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must obtain TWIC and DISA or site access credentials.
• Ability to document results and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and codes.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results using proper forms or digital systems.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field personnel.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope and results.
• Maintain detailed records and safety documentation.
• Uphold radiation safety where applicable and dose monitoring.
• Follow Life Critical Expectations and safety protocols.
