Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or technical training.
• 2–4 years welding experience.
• AWS D17.1 certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mig & Tig welders.
• Maintain tolerances and read blueprints.
• Identify and resolve welding process issues.
• Perform shop math to complete tasks.
• Follow company policies and maintain clean work area.
• Lays out and fits components using templates and measuring tools.
