Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding schooling preferred.
• Hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs and technical documents.
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Problem-solver with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Welding certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review travelers, blueprints and drawings to plan weld sequences for steel, aluminum, and stainless components.
• Set up and calibrate MIG, TIG and Stick equipment; prep materials and verify consumables.
• Execute precise welds across multiple processes and materials, monitoring parameters to meet specs.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline setups, improve throughput and troubleshoot welding issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy and adherence to drawings; document results and flag variances.
• Clean, maintain and stage equipment for the next run.
