Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Certified Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands‑on support in an assisted living and memory care setting.

You will assist residents with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living; provide companionship and emotional support; follow individualized care plans; document care and report changes to the care team; and help maintain a warm, home-like environment that respects dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Certified caregiver credential/qualification required.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to support memory care residents safely and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility support, and activities of daily living.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with established procedures.
• Offer companionship and support emotional well-being while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and deliver care consistently.
• Document resident care and report changes or concerns to the care team.
