Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved medication aide training course is required.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of experience as a CNA.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and medicated creams under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed.
• Maintain and restock medication supplies and notify pharmacy of new orders.
