Lebanon Center offers full-time, part-time, and per diem MNA/LNA split-duty caregiver roles in Lebanon, NH. Shifts are 8 & 12 hours with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time. Benefits include health, tuition and other discounts, and an on-site care-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved medication aide training course is required.
• Completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant training program is required.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of experience as a CNA.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients.

Responsabilités

• Under the direction of a licensed nurse, administers medications and medicated creams.
• Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed, and document administration.
• Maintain medication supply, clean/restock medicine carts and rooms.
• Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills.
• Perform accurate vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a licensed nurse, the Certified Medicine Aide administers medications and medicated creams within the standards of practice as permitted by their Certification and per state regulations.

Position Highlights

• Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and document administration per policy.
• Maintain medication supply, clean and restock medicine carts and medicine room.
• Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills.
